We are seeking Architectural Technicians, Architectural Designers, Licensed Architects to help assist our team in developing and delivering beautiful designs for our commercial and residential projects.

This individual would be a self-starter and able to work in a collaborative environment to help deliver projects in tight deadlines. We need someone who is personable and can work with our clients to understand their project requirements and design beautiful buildings that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:
-Assisting with design and production of project documents through all phases of a project; including developing proposals, working on pre-design services, and assisting with construction administration
-Experience with Interior Design is a plus – whether picking out finishes and FF&E or working with consultants
-Coordinate, develop, and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and project owners
-Hospitality Experience preferred but not required

Required Education & Experience:
-Registered Architect preferred, but not required
-2 to 5 years experience with Revit required
-3 to 7 years experience in residential and/or commercial design
-Hospitality experience preferred but not required
-Strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills
-Self-starters with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines while delivering projects in fast-paced environment
