AIA, NCARB – Principal Architect
Rolf Biggers is a certified design professional with over 25 years of experience in all facets of architecture including site analysis, feasibility studies, master planning, programming, concept design, project development approvals, construction bid documents, design-build documents and construction administration. He has an accredited Master of Architecture degree and possesses extensive problem solving design skills, utilizing a strong background in both art and engineering. Rolf’s proven experience in hotel architecture, interior design, restaurants, retail, renovation, and historic preservation projects sets the tone of the BMA culture.
FSII – Principal Interior Designer
Laurie received her Bachelor of Science Degree in 1986 and has developed a multitude of interior designs for various hotel brands. She specializes in materials, color balance, and integration of furniture, fixtures, and finishes to enhance the architectural character and organization of a particular space. She is highly creative and her varied background includes over two years of studies in Europe.
Office Manager
Judy Grossi has been a devoted office manager for BMA Architectural Group for over 10 years. She oversees the firm’s communications, billing and financial standing, and day-to-day operations.
NCARB – Architectural Designer
Maria has a diverse background in a wide range of projects, from small residential to healthcare, and large hospitality projects in the United Stated and abroad. After she received Master of Architecture at Hampton University in 2010, she worked in different roles from production of construction documentation for a natural playground company to project designer at BMA. Maria enjoys creative problem solving and has an appreciation for detail in every aspect of design process.
NCARB – Architectural Designer
Deemed by his peers as the office “Revit Guru,” Alec brings BMA a seasoned background in utilizing leading-edge BIM technologies and software that aid in streamlining the design and construction documentation process. Alec received his undergraduate degree from Roger Williams University in 2016 and works in all phases of design at BMA as he pursues architectural licensure.
