Rolf Biggers

AIA, Principal Architect

Rolf Biggers is a certified design professional with over 25 years of experience in all facets of architecture including site analysis, feasibility studies, master planning, programming, concept design, project development approvals, construction bid documents, design-build documents and construction administration. He has an accredited Master of Architecture degree and possesses extensive problem solving design skills, utilizing a strong background in both art and engineering. Rolf’s proven experience in hotel architecture, interior design, restaurants, retail, renovation, and historic preservation projects sets the tone of the BMA culture.

Laurie Frances Biggers

FSII, Principal Interior Designer

Laurie received her Bachelor of Science Degree in 1986 and has developed a multitude of interior designs for various hotel brands. She specializes in materials, color balance, and integration of furniture, fixtures, and finishes to enhance the architectural character and organization of a particular space. She is highly creative and her varied background includes over two years of studies in Europe.

Richard Frazier

AIA, Architect

Richard Frazier has been a certified professional in architectural schematics, design development, production of construction documents, and construction administration since 1997. A consummate professional, Richard’s diverse design experience includes retail, restaurants, industrial, hospitality, interior space design, and conventionally and timber-framed homes.

Marcus Parkkonen

Project Manager

Marcus Parkkonen has accumulated over sixteen years of valuable experience in all phases of design and construction. A dedicated and knowledgeable designer, his diverse experience includes hospitality, public sector, residential, commercial and construction work.

Desirea Falt

AIA, Architect, LEED® AP BD+C

Desirea started working in architecture in 1999 while attending high school. She took a non-standard path to licensure. Receiving an Associates of Arts in Architecture degree and license through the work experience route. Along the way, she has worked on an exciting mix of projects including: hotels, hospitals, and schools. She fancies herself as a technical architect with passion for using building technologies to achieve great design goals.

Michael McKeown

AIA, Architect, LEED® AP BD+C

Michael McKeown is an experienced professional in the design and management of hospitality, healthcare, educational, retail, automotive, and interior design projects. He is passionate about design, integrated project development, and creating lasting impacting environments.  Michael holds an accredited Bachelor of Architecture degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology with studio experience from Norwich University and the University of Sydney, Australia.

Matthew DesSureault

 

Matthew DesSureault holds a Master of Architecture degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He is well versed in architectural documentation and digital fabrication techniques using an array of advanced 3D modeling software. After completing his thesis on sustainability, he understands the fundamentals of integrated and collaborative design techniques within building systems and can apply those similar principles beyond construction.

Matthew Benfer

 

Matthew Benfer is an architectural designer with post graduate studies and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kansas State University.

Caitlin Taube

Assoc. AIA

Caitlin Taube earned her BS in Architectural Studies from Norwich University and her MS in Business Management/Interior Architecture from Mount Ida College. She also has a passion for Historic Preservation, finding it is important to preserve and learn from the architecture of the past while connecting it to architecture of the present. Caitlin enjoys being able to connect architecture with interior architecture through cohesive design. Her Master’s Thesis focused on “healing through holistic design” – designing architectural and interior spaces that seamlessly connect with nature and the outside world, promoting healthy working and living conditions for its occupants.

Ed Delaney

LEED® AP

Edward Delaney has over 25 years in the design, construction and the integrated design build fields. Project types include Residential, Multi Residential, Commercial, Corporate, Retail, Automotive, K-12 Schools, Animal Hospital, Worship, Industrial, Biotech, International Aquarium Habitat Design, and Science Center Exhibit Design. Ed has a wide range of experience from program, design, schematic, design development to construction documentation. Educational studies from Wentworth Institute of Technology and the Boston Architectural College. Ed is also a certified LEED AP since 2009.

Grace Youseff

 

Grace Youseff is an energetic, passionate designer who graduated with a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the Boston Architectural College and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Damascus University, Syria.

Judy Grossi

Office Manager 

Judy Grossi has been a devoted office manager for BMA Architectural Group for over 10 years.  She oversees the firm’s communications, billing and financial standing, and day-to-day operations.
